The Heart of Missouri RPDC:
Building the capacity of schools to maximize student potential.

The Heart of Missouri RPDC offers high-quality professional development opportunities to Mid-Missouri educators, primarily in the form of workshops, consulting, and leading study groups. We offer single introductory workshops like Beginning Teacher Assistance and do year-long initiatives like Satellite Academy and Teacher's Academy. We facilitate study groups on Backwards Design and Classroom Instruction that Works by request. By request we will work with schools in long term work like DIBELS training, Professional Learning Communities and team collaboration training.
